black block

black block  is a tactic for protests and marches where individuals wear blackclothing, scarves, sunglasses, ski masks. The tactic was developed in the 1980s in the European autonomist movement's protests against squatter evictions, nuclear power and restrictions on abortion among other things. Black blocs gained broader media attention outside Europe during the 1999 anti-WTO demonstrations, when a black bloc damaged property of GAP, Starbucks, Old Navy, and other multinational retail locations in downtown Seattle.

January 2013, on the second anniversary of the Egyptian Revolution, black blocs made an appearance in the Egyptian political scenes where they have reportedly attacked various Muslim Brotherhood headquarters and government buildings and stopped traffic and metro lines in more than 8 cities.  According to the conventional wisdom, the Egyptian Black Bloc models itself on anti-establishment, anarchist groups in Europe and the U.S. .  A group of young protesters, who identified themselves as the "Black Bloc", have marked the second anniversary of the Egyptian revolution by blocking the tramway tracks in Alexandria on Friday. Egyptian Prosecutor General Talaat Abdallah ordered the police and armed forces to arrest any member of the Black Bloc, pointing out that the group was carrying out "terrorist activities and is considered under the new Constitution and a government composed by a democratically elected president as an anti-democratic violent radical left-wing outlaw group.

The Victims of Treachery

In the current days , Egypt is witnessing  more victims of treachery ,oppression and torture for many youth revolution under the hands of the ruling regime. Considered Muhammad El gendy one of the greatest revolutionary martyrs who were kidnapped and subjected to all kinds of torture to death. And his funeral was a hype of the spirit of the martyr to heaven.Mohammed  Elgendy was an example of morality and an example of good role models and was loved by everybody you know. And there are many like him who stood and fought the ruling system Like the hero Muhammad Christie, who called himself Christie's after the events of Maspero and recommended doing,  his funeral such as the funeral of a martyr of the revolution also Jaber Salah <<jeek>>.And other martyrs such as Amr Saad and  Elhussini abo deef

The second anniversary of 25  th January was as a torch to start another revolution and  increased the revolution  those martyrs who sacrificed their lives for freedom. The people revolted and insisted on taking revenge for the martyrs and not losing their rights and their blood lost in vain and complete their message of freedom

Be the heroine!

It was like a normal meeting between he and I. He was very charming, he had all the qualities which every girl dreamed of and he ticked all the boxes. He seemed very strong like he could look after and protect me, because I was an orphan girl who was looking for a safe place in this world. As time went by, this strength of his, became my disadvantage instead of my advantage. Every little mistake I made, started off with unnecessary shouting. In time this shouting turned into hitting, but I was hoping it was just a one off. We married and he then revealed his true colours. He started beating me over every small thing, even if it was trivial. I was young, naive and had nobody else so I couldn't complain. I started fearing him but I couldn't leave, I was scared because he threatened to come after me if I tried to get away, so I had no choice but to stay. I had no one else and no where else.

This was a true story of a girl who is only 17 years old. Violence is every where but the sad thing is that this girl had just converted to Islam and this is the first man she met. We can only blame the man who was presenting himself like a Muslim, but he didn't really follow the Islamic instructions. He was Muslim by name but not by heart. The truth is that Islam is about mercy, love and doesn't allow violence of any sort. In the Jaahiliyyah they used to bury baby girls alive and even now (after the merciful instructions of Islam)  girls are being buried, but not physically, yet psychologically!!  So I'm advising every woman that You don't deserve to bear such abuse. If you are brought up just to exist and serve a man for his pleasure, know that you have the right to your own life and dignity. You are honored in Islam even the male dominated society, which is influenced by culture and not Islam, doesn't admit it. Revolt and don't be the victim. Be the heroine because you are!
